I used to cry in the car before work.

Every morning. Quiet tears, full of shame I couldn’t name.

Anxiety didn’t yell. It whispered. It looked like overthinking a text for 30 minutes.

Needing a nap after seeing friends.

Feeling sick every time the phone rang even when I wanted someone to care.

I was scattered, burnt out, and drowning in guilt.

From the outside, it probably looked small. But it didn’t feel small.

People said, “Just ask for help.”

But where do you go when therapy feels too clinical and the waitlists are six months long?

I didn’t need another app telling me to go outside.

I needed something that spoke to my actual life. Something that didn’t treat me like a checkbox.

Why I Do This Work

I’ve lived what I write about.

I’ve sat in cars crying, slept in mine too, and spent years thinking I was lazy when it was ADHD and trauma all along.

That’s why I built this platform—for people who are surviving quietly.
