DBT Support Hub is peer-led and trauma-informed. We turn DBT skills into simple, real-life steps you can use today. Short reads. Clear language. Phone-friendly tools.
We focus on four areas: staying present when emotions spike, riding out tough moments without making things worse, steadying mood, and speaking up with care. We also borrow practical ideas from ACT and Motivational Interviewing.

We respect dignity of risk and supported decision-making. We keep boundaries clear: this isn’t therapy or a crisis service—we signpost to help if you’re not safe.
