This course helps you calm a hot moment quickly, find your “Wise Mind” (the steady place between logic and emotion), and choose safer actions. We’ll practise simple tools you can use on the school run, on shift, or in a tough conversation. Nothing here is therapy or a crisis service; it’s psychoeducation and skills you can rehearse. You’re in charge—pause, skip, or slow down anytime. If a situation feels unsafe or abusive, your safety comes first. Step away and use support. Across four weeks, you’ll set a personal safety rule, build a pocket “calm kit,” learn fast nervous-system resets (breath, movement, temperature), and train a Wise Mind habit for clearer choices. You’ll also make an If/Then plan so your future self has a map when stress hits. Steps are short and practical. Reps beat perfection.
