This program teaches you crisis survival skills that work in the heat of the moment and protect tomorrow. Across four weeks you’ll learn: (1) how to press a pause button (STOP), (2) how to calm your body fast (TIP: Temperature, Intense exercise, Paced breathing, Paired muscle relaxation), (3) safe comfort and distraction that don’t wreck your goals (Self-Soothe, ACCEPTS, IMPROVE), and (4) how to ride out urges and choose values-based actions (Pros & Cons, Willingness, If/Then planning, Go-Bag).
